I used to get bigger arms, but for whatever reason it's a lot harder for me to grow Biceps and Triceps than it was in the past.

Any honestly, I've realized that I'm kinda happy with leaner muscular arms. It's much better to have good traps/delts/back/legs than it is to have these giant arms.
