Window Tint on Cars

1) It's incredibly popular now, everyone's shit is blacked out - even seeing a lot of it on windshields

2) cops seem to have stopped enforcing window tint law altogether (except maybe for windshields they'll go after)

3) Its dangerous in many cases

that shit has always been popular but i never seen someone tint the wind shield. in NY it depends on the % of dark it is for the front doors. and again it depends on the cop or if they got to fill a quota

not like this though, everyone is doing it now. used to mostly be car people and poor people and drug dealers

Got Ceramic tint 15% on front driver and passenger and 10% on the rear with a 6" brow on the front window on my lexus. Can still see fine even at night. Keeps it alot cooler on the inside in the summer also.

I stop right before it becomes illegal. Got 5% in the back, a visor on the windshield, and 35% on the front seats. Dark as shit, still looks good and I can pass my safety checks.

I hate looking over and seeing a blacked out car at a red light. I always assume they’re staring at me. I assume they’re drug dealers most of the time.

Some are tinted from the factory- not sure if you specifically mean with film . My back windows are very dark and it came that way.

that's true in some states, not all. and you must follow the law of the state you are in at any given time

I had my window tint appointment scheduled for right after I picked up my new car when I bought it, the first place I drove it was to my tint guy.

20% tho. I had 5% on my old Nissan xterra and it was nearly impossible to see at night.

I feel like 20% is a good number. you can still see at night well and its enough plausible deniability if you do get pulled over. It also doesn't look absurdly obviously illegal
