Just pulled this absolute slut from the fridge...



Takes < 10 minutes to make from scratch

lots of protein, good fats

bitter on the outside but once you get inside its all about dat sweet sweet goodness (remind u of something?)

Tiramisu is the GOAT bodybuilding prep food as well
