My bathroom smells like fucking shit

I had some fucking tradie fix my dryer this morning. Dude came in eating some shit from Dunkin. Asked to use my bathroom, and was in there for like 45 minutes. I figured he was jacking off or something, all kinds of weird noises were coming from there. He's been gone for over an hour now and I've had the fan on the whole time, but the stink won't go away.
