Toxic Positivity

"Toxic positivity is the excessive and ineffective overgeneralization of a happy, optimistic mindset, which denies or invalidates genuine negative emotions and experiences, leading to suppression of feelings like sadness or anger, and causing shame, isolation, or hindering emotional processing and growth. It's the pressure to "stay positive" and ignore pain with platitudes like "good vibes only," rather than offering real empathy, which can damage mental health and relationships by preventing authentic emotional expression"

I've noticed the "nicest" people are usually the biggest pieces of shit srs. I work with a woman who ALWAYS has a smile on her face, always fake laughing, complimenting other sloot coworkers. Then she goes around and talks shit about them when they're not around. One of the women in HR is like this too. Big ass fake smile when she passes me in the hall. I saw her once outside of work and she completely ignored me as we walked past each other. Dumb cunt.
