I used to train front squats
it's one of the gayest exercises ever srs
just do back squats. if u want a different variation, do hack squats

How is it gay? Front squats are a great quad builder. People with back issues are better off doing fronts because you carry the load in the front, which takes any unwanted pressure off your back/spine. Hack squats are good option as well but, not all gyms have them.I used to train front squats

Cross grip is a better way to choke yourself out so if you're into that go with the the cross grip.
