Are WFH employees superior and higher IQ than office employees?

Lets be real, most employees who want back to office mandates just want to sit around karenmaxxing and gossip 24/7. Office sloots can no longer get the attention or file sexual harassment complaints. Jeff can't explain why his management role is so important.

WFH employees get shit done with no micromanaging. They also multi task or manage 2 wfh jobs.

The first and only time I ever regretted not going to college is seeing wfh employees live it up and enjoy life at work but they’ll probably be getting replaced by AI soon.

I know a lot of people with office jobs don’t do anything special nothing ai couldn’t do im pretty sure trump is trying to get around the labor laws before they drop the ai nuke and fire a shit ton of officels I’m sure a lot of office workers who do unique and important work will keep there jobs but the low level office workers who do data entry and customer service and stuff like that will be SOL.

I sure enjoy telling my WFH PM the same thing three times over the span of a week because she can't focus on her job.

They seem to be srs. It depends though. I’ve been searching for remote work for the last year or so and the only positions I can find are either very low wage inbound call center jobs (I’d rather visit Home Depot) or extremely specialized high wage managerial positions that require advanced degrees or decades of experience. There’s very little opportunity for regular working professionals to WFH in 2026.

for sure some will be replaced, but definitely wouldn't assign "probably soon" to the majority of situations.

Most the ones that are easily done by AI are already done overseas

Anyone who is anti-WFH is a huge phaggot. Jamie Dimon, Trump, Musk, all of them.

Unfortunately all the CEO's and politicians got their way and WHF is dying out. The only jobs left that are WFH are low pay jobs they have trouble filling, or jobs so specialized, they have trouble filling. They'll get rid of those soon enough too. They want WFH for themselves, and no one else. They want to justify those leases they locked in, they want you wasting time and money on commuting, and consuming so the money all flows back to them. Studies show that WFH is better for both company and employee but they don't give a crap cause they are elitist petty boomer control freaks.

All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

We literally had people on misc that bragged about doing nothing while WFH and people wonder why it's going away?

Most people cannot self-manage.

Do you know what I did when I was in the office? I would book empty conference rooms for myself and go take a nap in there because I was so bored

I got some bad news, there's not more work to be given out just because you force me into the office. I'm just more pissed off on the daily and quite frankly more likely to switch jobs in hopes that the next one is better. So congrats you just got yourself more turnover which hurts your production

Breh I barely work 10 hours a week in office LOL. My misc: work ratio is 90:10.

High IQ people dont sit in office chairs for 8 hours a day.

What does that have to do with WFH? It just means that they didn't have work for you and you were bored. Maybe they were trying to make you quit?

How retarded are you? Your entire argument against WFH was you had miscers bragging about doing nothing. So that's what it has to do with WFH. Your low IQ ass following yet? I just bragged about doing nothing in the office just the same.

Newsflash bro 90% of jobs do not require 40 hours of work. They just don't.

Now you're coming back acting smug with some retarded comment about how they want me to quit so they aren't giving me work. Bro, stop making yourself look more stupid than you already are. This belief that companies that don't want positions to exist play games to get employees to quit so they don't have to fire them is cope. What's the advantage to making me quit as opposed to simply laying off entire departments/roles? Companies do layoffs all the time. If your next argument is that they want to avoid severance packages that makes no sense. They'd rather play games with me for 3, 4, 5 months hoping I quit instead of just firing me with a 6 week severance package.

But yeah bro they don't have work for me because they want me to quit... riiiiiiight. More like most jobs just don't require 40 hours to do unless you're fucking incompetent and it takes you that long to do you job.

If you work all 40 hours at you job it's because you suck at your job. I guarantee it's not because you are important. Pure cope that you're "needed" LMAO

Edit:

P.S. by bro I mean never my bro you fukking phaggot

I've made 2 million dollars running multiple full time jobs remotely over the last 6 years stacking cash

Even if it all fell apart today I wouldn't have to get another job if I didn't want. We've reached the stage where I continue working to see how rich I want to be.

LOL that we are the one's coping
