The guy could get a coaching job pretty much anywhere and he knows it. He's been incredibly loyal to that team and city as well. I wouldn't begrudge him a move at all.

Obviously they fired him, but gave him the option to resign(and he did).
It's a good move. He's been there way too long and the Steelers need some fresh blood. You can tell their fanbase isn't really into it anymore.

he grow stale there but they did not av gud roster for championship contending for a long time so is not all his fault. prob gud for both sides get new start

Steelers need a full rebuild. Should have got rid of Tomlin last season and never brought in Rodgers and especially not Metcalf.
