The sound of sloot’s high heels clacking on the floor is driving me fucking insane
These women at my office are wearing these high heels or high heel boots walking all over the office, like literally every 30 fucking seconds up and down the aisles. I can’t stand this shit. It’s loud. It’s obnoxious. There’s like 5 of them so it sounds like a stampede of horses when they walk together and the faster they walk, the more annoying it is.This office echos like crazy and I feel their eyes staring at my computer every single FUCKING time they walk past my desk.
This office is like sensory torture brahs. I wish I could just get up and leave srs.

GuineaDago585 stared at the gray cubicle walls rising around him like a budget prison cell designed by someone who had never experienced joy. Martin Luther King Day was supposed to be a holiday—a day of rest, reflection, maybe even dignity. Instead, his company decided it was the perfect moment to test how far the human psyche could warp before snapping.
He clicked over to the Obnoxious Brutes Misc forum, his digital support group for the terminally fed up. He refreshed his thread “Why am I at work on MLK Day?!” and saw the latest reply:
“Because your company believes in equal opportunity misery.”
He couldn’t even argue.
Then he heard it again.
CLACK. CLACK. CLACK.
The heels.
They echoed through the office like a countdown to madness. Each step was a tiny sledgehammer tapping directly on his soul. He wondered if this was how POWs felt, except they probably had better lighting.
He typed furiously on OB Misc:
“Day 1 of captivity: The Heels continue psychological operations. Morale low.”
A reply arrived in seconds:
“Drink from the office plant to survive. Show no weakness.”
He minimized his browser just in case. Not because he cared about getting in trouble, but because he feared being asked to do something.
The heels approached again—
CLACK. CLACK. CLACK.
—like a tap-dancing velociraptor.
He considered throwing himself out the window, but remembered he worked on the second floor and the only thing he’d rupture would be his health insurance deductible.
So instead, he posted again:
“How do I escape white-collar purgatory without joining a traveling circus?”
OB Misc responded with its usual mixture of questionable wisdom:
“Become a welder. The only clacking you’ll hear is molten metal screaming.”
“Move to a cabin. Befriend a moose. Reject modernity.”
“Fake your own disappearance. Just leave your keycard in a shoe near a river.”
He leaned back, rubbing his temples, and tried to imagine a life without the ceaseless clicking. A quiet life. A peaceful one. One where his boss’s email notifications didn’t haunt him like poltergeists.
He checked his inbox anyway.
There it was:
“Quick meeting in 10?”
That question mark felt like a personal attack.
He opened a new OB Misc thread titled:
“If I don’t survive this meeting, tell my story.”
Within seconds:
“We will erect a statue in your honor outside the vending machines.”
“Bro, we’ll forget you by Wednesday.”
“Screenshot your boss’s face mid-meeting for morale.”
He shoved his chair back from the desk. The heels clacked again, sounding suspiciously like they were laughing at him.
He stood up, squared his shoulders with the confidence of a man who had absolutely nothing to lose, and marched toward the meeting room. Inside, he found his boss sitting there with a coffee the size of a child's head, relaxed, cheerful—like someone who absolutely wasn’t working on a holiday by choice.
“Great you could make it,” his boss said. “I know it’s a holiday for some, but we’ve got a lot to cover today.”
GuineaDago585 stared at him.
Blankly.
Deeply.
Existentially.
Back on OB Misc, he typed one last update from his phone:
“Gentlemen… If I don’t return, avenge me. But like, not in an illegal way. HR already hates me enough.”

Next time you need to shit at work use the women’s bathroom and don’t flush. Do what gooba does make a mess like a Tasmanian shit devil showed up. Rub your balls a bunch then touch all the door handles and sink levers

Just close your office door.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.
