My loser downstairs neighbor won’t stop screaming in the middle of the night (srs)

I posted about this on new misc after he first moved in but for unawares the guy below me is a complete unhinged lunatic loser. This dude is probably my age (late 20s), lives alone and never leaves the house. I hear him constantly because he plays video games all day and all night,SCREAMING at the top of his lungs like an emotional teenager.

This morning around 4:45am I got woken out of my sleep hearing him yell “IDIOT, IDIOT, IDIOT, STUPID RETARD!!!!” over and over again followed by what sounded like exorcist noises (100% srs).

So now I’m wondering if he’s legit mentally ill.

From what I can gather he’s also unemployed since his car is always in the parking lot. Not sure if his parents pay for his rent or what because this is actually a decent area.

Wat do brahs? I’ve tried pounding on the floor telling him to STFU. I went down there and knocked on his door once but he didn’t answer. I’m getting fucking pissed srs.
