How much pullups can you do?

Most I ever did was 20. Just whipped out 15 this morning , felt like I could go for 20.

Never tried to see how many I could do in a row. Would break them up into 4 sets 5-7 reps

Srs question...where do you put them in your back workouts? I always did them last because I felt if I did them first it would take away from my other lifts...like I wouldn't be able to go as heavy.

I do them on back day. My rogue set up has a new fat bar on it, it makes it considerable harder vs standard bar & feels like I am starting from scratch almost.

Yeah that's the problem I have now. I have a fat bar at home and it's so much harder...it sucks.

I used to use Fat Grips for them but they always end up rotating. I just wish my Rogue bar was knurled, it is too slick for my liking, I have some hockey tape on the way, hopefully it fixes it.

I do them first to prexhuast the muscle to build a mind/muscle connection. Then I usually do barbell rows then machine work.

Used to do them first

Training on a Yates B&G routine now so it's barbell pullovers then pull downs now. But used to get 9 pretty easy with palms facing at 230lb.

That doesn't matter. Just because a person has been lifting for decades doesn't mean anything. It's always cool to see and ask questions about what other's do...you might learn something new.
