I have a coworker whos been following Tate's advice for years. Shaved his head, grew a beard, got tons of tattoos and is on trt at 30 years old. Hes still really timid and doesn't look like he lifts. Still hasnt gotten laid. All thats changed is its obvious how insecure he is

You have a history of embarrassingly crashing out. For example, when I made a poll on new misc about if anyone would switch lives with you and no one voted yes, you got so mad you immediately put up an AI avi trying to pass it off as me. The more relevant example on OG misc is when I made a thread about having half a million liquid in a brokerage account, you immediately did the same thing plus made a bunch of threads about me. For you to have had such a strong anger reaction, the most likely explanation is that you had less than that.

Some advice for you is that when you lack the self control to avoid making immediate rage responses like that, the timing makes it obvious to everyone how mad you are. It's just hurting yourself letting everyone know how mad you are.
