No pictures says it all . If they were white their pictures would be plastered on every news network . Their faces would have been blurred out because of their age ,but you’d get the jist of it

Because of their age we can only speculated, as their identifies cannot be shared. But lets face it, there is a very good chance that the kids are of the jogger variety, if you look at the specifics of the crime.
