Just going to keep it very simple this time. Already have an exercise mat at home, gonna buy a pair of dumbbells and exercise at home. Have breakfast, watch tv for a while, then exercise, follow with a post workout meal usually eggs and boiled potatoes, bananas would be a good addition....and then forget about it for the rest of the day....this is just for good body feels nothing too much...
Could add exercise bench, more dumbbells later on.
There was a time I was into hardcore bodybuilding, like in late 2000's-early 2010's....not going back to that...but yeah anyways bodybuilding never gets old...

I just started again after a long break, and it feels awesome. I go to the gym three times a week for one hour each session. My sleep has improved noticeably. I feel more rested when I wake up. That alone makes it worth it. Food tastes better too after working out, although I have to watch my appetite because weight training makes me more hungry. I used to be very focused on numbers, now it’s more about health and recreation.
