No. It's in the middle of Florida farm country and about an hour from a beach. House is dated, and the land isn't particularly valuable. Nothing really going for it.

If there wasn't a lot of land available and I wanted to live in the area, perhaps

But what I see is a mediocre looking home in an area surrounded by farmland. I'd just buy some land and build something decent if I really wanted to live there

This. Im not fond of houses in the middle of nowhere. Property also looks like it needs a lot of upkeep.
