Amy’s meals are actually solid, but they’re too expensive to justify buying all the time. I’ve actually moved away from eating frozen meals lately. You end up paying like $7 sometimes for maybe 300-400 calories. Not worth it.

If you just drink extra water it flushes it out

It will though, that’s why athletes don’t just hydrate off water, it flushes out all the other things their body needs especially salts. So they mix in stuff like Gatorade to retain

I’m not an athlete- but the things about sodium that I watch out for are things like that tv dinner or other things that have insane amounts of sodium- it can add up. The things I don’t eat because of high sodium levels are things people shouldn’t be eating anyways - like maybe i used to eat Applebees twice a week- some Applebees dinners have like 2500 mg of sodium. Which is nuts. Maybe your body needs sodium but does it need 5-6000 mg a day? . I think I eat like most miscers that meal plan except I don’t put a lot of sauces or salt on my food. I can tell when I need things so if I start feeling a certain way I will eat what I think I need.

The thing with drinking a lot of water to flush out sodium is your body can retain water when there’s too much sodium and then that’s when the damage can be happening. I’m older so my body can’t be depended on to function exactly right lol.

Does it actually taste like bone broth? I hate bone broth - sad to say. When I was pregnant my body turned against meat and some meats would have this disgusting smell to them- especially pork - bone broth is reminiscent of that smell
