Racist Florida at it Again - Drivers License Requirements

Effective February 6, 2026, the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles now requires all driver's license exams to be administered exclusively in English.

I must be naive because I would have assumed all drivers license tests are exclusively in English, since that's the language the road signs are in

ton of states offer driver licenses to undocumented peoples and a lot have an IT or whatever number to pay taxes and have car insurance. Anyways don't really understand the point of it being in English, being road signs are pictures or numbers.

I only had to drive around a bit in the parking lot to get my FL license 25 yrs ago. Dunno if still the same.
