Regular people lose places to talk because small forums and community sites can’t survive lawsuits, leaving only a few big, tightly controlled platforms. Posting becomes harder and riskier, with more bans, ID requirements, and paywalls, especially for controversial but legal speech. People end up with less ability to speak, fewer spaces to gather.
