Mike O'Hearn is obviously not natural. But you can't say that he's letting the juice do all the work because he's actually strong even for someone on steroids. Also the thing that separates him from, and makes him better than the vast majority of fake natties is that he encourages people to get stronger on free weight compound movements if they want to put on muscle. That training style actually works for naturals.

On the other hand, the clown fake natties that tell people to lift baby weights are absolute scum. It's just shitting advice. No natural with big pecs, shoulders and arms has a weak bench. It just doesn't happen.
