How would Europe look like today if Nazi Germany had won World War 2?

Let's say Nazi Germany successfully annexes all of Europe from the UK to Russia. What would the Nazi German Continent look like in 2026?

In which way? Economic? Military? Quality of Life?

Truth is that Germany collected most of their wealth by seizing assets from their population and the citizens of countries they conquered. Most of their mid century infrastructure was built using slave labor. So their assets would be limited.

Unless they figured out a way to boost their GDP and support Leibensrum without pillaging their neighbors, it would look much like current day Russia.

Since they exiled most of their top academics and scientists in the late 1930s, their is a chance America would eclipse Europe in innovation anyway without Operation Paperclip.

yes also a lot of the so called "economic miracles" done by the early nazi regime were unsuntainable in the long run.
