No Alcohol Crew membership renewed

Thought I had food related issues due to bloating after certain meals, and growth hormone was masking the shitty sleep I was getting.

Got off the booze 10 days ago to see if this had anything to do with it- within a week sleeping much better, no bloat at all and thinking clearer. Volumes were sporadic - may have had a couple glasses of wine during and after dinner, may have had two or three cats of one standard drink vodka mixers (no sugar), may have slow rolled half a bottle of tequila over the course of a few hours, may have consumed the equivalent of 1.5 bottles of wine while of drank what she did.

Feeling incredible again and with the body not shutting down metabolic processes to expel the poison, the last 6 weeks of this cut should be much smoother.

Despite all this I was leaning out and holding all my mass but good to have a break.

Alcohol is unhealthy and a waste of money. I never drink it for those reasons.

Looking at photos of myself in my early 30s, I looked about my age then - despite the test and booze, I really haven't aged facially that hard at all and people still assume I'm mid 30s.

I'd rather worry about metabolic age and organ condition though. Thankfully all my blood markers that could indicate health issues are within normal ranges.

Mirin OP’s self control . Srs a person is pretty much just poisoning himself when they ingest alcohol anyways . It killed my father btw.
My problem is I like getting yucky once in a while , especially if I’ve gone 6 weeks without a drink , then it tastes incredible.
I try and drink once every 6 weeks but have been drinking more like once a month on average . I dun goofed and drank twice in January, so I’m not going to get rinsed again till my 65th Bday in April . Will definitely be rinse maxing that weekend

I don't drink often, but I think it would be a good idea to take some time off. I had wrist surgery so not working out as hard as I can, and I can see the bloat in my face from not getting as much cardio.

Drinking is super fun, but it's not worth doing just because. Gotta have a reason.
