Miscers who have had herniated disc

How long did the pain last? How long did it take you to go back to lifting?

Had to literally crawl out of bed to the emergency today, they even shot me up with morphine and it barely did anything.

It's going to depend on severity of the herniation.  It's only happened to me once and mine was bad.  I had to go to PT and all that crap and was completely healed in about 8 weeks.  Haven't had any issues since.
