Dieting used to be easy for me.

In the past, I would do 30 minutes of email at the WFH job, then spend the rest of my time playing a video game or binging a TV show or watching BBC cuck porn. That's the secret, when you eliminate other sources of stress or responsibility, undereating for a sustained period of time is a lot easier.

Right now, I have a bunch of stuff to worry about and right now, undereating is brutal. I feel like your body knows to send signals to make you tired and feel lazy when calories are low as a survival mechanism to conserve energy.
Balding is death. If you have no hair, you have no life.

15% bf is king srs. Strength and energy high, lifts going up. Still lean enough to see feint outline of abs
