I don't know a lot about it but with Trump, there are usually strings attached. What most don't realize is about Trump cutting off Ukraine is because they can't account for billions of dollars they got during the Biden admin and Zelenski doesn't want strings attached so Trump told him no. With Trump, it's one of those things were they will get payments but if they violate the terms, the payments stop. I don't know if that's the deal but I can bet you it's not just free money.
