Who the fuk randomly spots middle of DB sets??

I was just doing seated db shoulder press. Going heavier than I have for reps. I get the weight up and start slowly getting the first few. Then some scrawny 20something dude next to me tries to start spotting me and fucks up my set

Like what the fuck. First off, I don’t want some inexperience kid that’s benching 40lbs dbs spotting me. Secondly, it’s DB shoulder press. I can’t exactly drop the weight and hurt myself.

Then I tried to get the weight back up for another set after, can’t get it, let out an audible “fucking damn it”, so some other guy who barely lifts comes over to help. FUCK OFF. Fuckin retards.

I had to yell out “no” mid rep, ruining my brace. I was nice to him after but holy fuck I was irate inside

Barbell bench is really the only thing that someone needs a spotter for, and only if the weight is heavy enough to be dangerous
