400lbs is also in the top 95 percentile

the amount of people who are in the top percentile for both categories are going to be very small just by random statistics and its probably not even random because anyone with an 8 inch dick is probably going to be motivated to atleast stay in enough shape to be able to fuck. meanwhile the people with under sized dicks are more likely to say fuck it and just give up on maintaining their body whats the point of abs if theyre going to get mocked anyways

Nah it's the other way around.

Dickcels, like manlets and baldcels, try to overcompensate for it. Juicing for muscles, big lifted trucks, comically aggressive, etc... are all the usual copes.
