Do you guys limit your screen time?

I try to put my phone in another room to reduce it, but then waste my time on my laptop. Hate it srs. Especially in winter when there's fuck all to do.

I feel it's mostly the doomscrolling isn't great for the mental health. Seems to give me anxiety if I look at to many reels

My eyes never hurt since I started taking big doses of axtaxanthin. I can't get a sunburn anymore either. That stuff is legit
