Why not run it so it’s profitable? My sister used to do this on weekends, but I’d have to ask her how lucrative it was . I never heard her complain

My grandpa grew up on a farm during the Great Depression.
He always said the farmers were better off than people in the city, because they might be bankrupt but at least they were never going to starve.
