Do you have the mental fortitude to give up smartphones?
I have been asking myself this question and it's a hard look into the mirror glass.
Even after 1 day without it I start feeling pretty powerful compulsions and I just bargain with myself pretending that it's a stupid idea.

It would take an adjustment period but I could do it. I hate mobile versions of websites and I hate phone apps. It's convenient sometimes if you need to look something up while on the go as opposed to driving home to look it up and then having to make an extra trip or wait a bit. But I definitely could go back if needed.
