Also the flip side of what you're describing is that those places are extremely loose with casual sex. And the women are generally quite good looking.

Obviously Brazil has some structural issues that will likely never be fixed, and they are all fixated on Social Media way more than the US. But it's a really fun place and Brazilians are a really good time. Probably the most fun loving people I've ever met. But also very dysfunctional.
