Sat late night cooking and baking

Made a couple french bread pizzas and some corn muffins.

Super easy to make and you can add anything. Did a pepperoni, sauce and cheese and the other one is spinach, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, black olives, sauce and feta.

The french bread pizza was invented by this guy named Bob Petrillose, who sold them out of his "Hot Truck" where I went to college. He always parked outside of West Campus freshman dorms and stayed late night, so every Thurs, Friday or Sat night we would hit up Hot Truck when we were shitfaced after the bars closed. There was usually a little late night scene, maybe a fight go down, it was good times.

My daddy makes the best savory cornbread to eat with red beans and rice. But to please others he just adds 1 cup of sugar but I prefer eating the savory with a meal.

I never thought of eating it with pizza. Which looks good too but I personally am not a big fan of French bread dough.
