Dunno if you brahs have ever noticed this but it’s real. I noticed it with my grandma recently.

Don’t get me wrong, I love my grandmother to death. She’s been a saint to me and I owe her more than I’d ever be able to give for her role in helping to raise me. But she has this side to her where if you cross her or her family, she’s willing to go scorched earth to destroy your life.

To this day she hates my mom (long story but when I was 7 my dad got full custody because my grandma went bankrupt to paid for lawyers until my mom gave up and moved out of state). If my mom’s name even comes up in conversation 20+ years later she will go on about what a piece of shit she is and how she’s gonna get hers when she dies. Ruthless shit.

Same thing with my dad’s wife after they separated. I won’t go into details but my grandma made some heavy moves to make sure when the divorce is finalized she won’t get shit.

She also took my sister out of her will and cut off all contact with my cousin (who was like her daughter) and refuses to say her name out loud.

I’m like fuarrrrk brahs.

Then I thought about it and realized almost every woman in my family is the same way. My cousin still goes around posting on social media about her kid’s father 5+ years after they broke up, tried to get him fired from his job and all this crazy nonsense. My grandma on my mom’s side is like this too.

I’ve always been more gracious and forgiving of people man.

My wife is Italian and I confirm all of OP. The vindictiveness is just insane.

I think it has to do with all of the cleaning, ded srs. I try to keep up with the kids and pets and it just makes me crazy, so I could see how a woman who spends the majority of her life cleaning up after people start hating them.
