How come (superhero question)

Whenever there’s a relationship in question the chick wants the superhero but friendzones their alt?

The superhero part of the alt is their jungian shadow self, everything the alt isnt and everything their shadow represents.

According to jung we dont fall in love with the person per se we fall in love with their shadow and in the end thats what we come to hate in our partners.

When you meet a guy you might fall for him because hes funny and lighthearted but after a couple years of marriage you might come to hate him for being childlish and un serious about life. Thats just an example of course.
