I just don’t believe that men have anxiety. I’m sorry lol. Or did they just develop anxiety as a species?

Anxiety is a women’s disease. Jesse Lee Peterson talks about this. Men who have anxiety are emulating their mother’s behavior.

It's from raised estrogen, some levels of anxiety is normal though, or else we wouldn't be here because our ancestors wouldn't have made it from being stupidly fearless and not cautious.

I have it- it's just thought patterns and how your body responds to them. People know when they have anxiety there's really no mistaking it.
men might have it but I don't see it destabilize them as much as I do with women. which to me is the main impact. If you have anxiety and can go for a run or work on a project then you are basically managing the anxiety and are not impacted by it as much.

edit- guess hormones too which I didn't know.

TLDR:

- No physical activity
- No community
- No feeling of "capability"

there was more but I already forgot due to my anxiety

I've had to deal with it for 27 yrs. It's gotten much better these last few years though. Never had any problems like that before - was outgoing with tons of friends. Went to the states, got "friends" from 40 different countiries and so on.

Remember thinking at first I got som virus or or something - felt unreal. I had some stressors at the time, but think some is genetic as my oldest sister had the same from her mid 20's - and she was extremely outgoing and the queen of the party (model etc.) Who knows? But it's real and very handicapping.

It can just happen as if it falls from the sky one day.

I've always had tons of anxiety and will talk fast and fidget. A lot of women I know will claim they have anxiety but show no physical symptoms and act normal with a low resting heart rate which I never understood.

I have it too. I guess I shouldn’t have been so general in my statement. I believe men can have anxiety. I just don’t see it as frequently- at least not with men I know unless they are just masters at hiding it which to me is half the battle, when I have anxiety I’m basically paralyzed- can’t do shit so someone that has anxiety and can also like build a bookshelf seems functional to me.

True, when I went to my doctor some years ago I had to take off some of my clothes (perspiration) and lay down - had a heart rate of 150 with no reason for it.

I think men may feel more shameful about it and do their best to hide it - the loss of control etc - at least that's how I felt at first. There aren't or weren't any support groups for dudes really. I think there is a horrific number of guys who just off themselves tbh.

this is what happened to me. I didn't even know what anxiety was then I just developed it one day after some "trauma".

I had no idea what was going on I thought I was dying and something was severely wrong with me

The heart rate thing seems more like a panic attack- women can have them but they wouldn’t be a good indicator of anxiety

I have a resting heart rate of 48-60 but I have anxiety pretty much 24/7
I do take what I said about men not having anxiety back because I was thinking about how anxiety presents for me and I think it’s how people frame the idea of these things but they’re probably ultimately the same thing.

For me anxiety is - clenched jaw; shallow breathing, tight shoulders, traps, and stomach issues. Things men have too - I see the feeling that these thing stem from as being anxiety while
Someone else might just say that they grind their teeth lol . Interesting I think

Why people swear by yoga and breathing exercises and other things to keep blood flowing. But it’s also why I go back to people being able to function through anxiety. Always back to that

Thing is you get overlapping things likely unique to the individual. Social anxiety + occasional panic attacks and so on. Every person is different.

Mentally weak men don't have a chance. Chemtrails, bad food, vaccines, social media matrix , brain rot, incel life adaptation, the war on masculinity, liberalism, Jews, etc etc......
