Do you train neck?

I get incredible migraines from training traps. Makes me stiff af and got me poppin them ibuprofen like candy

I'm not sure what you're doing for traps but yates rows were the best exercise for building up my traps.

Try magnesium instead of blasting ibruprofen, srs. Helped me with a similar issue in the past

Trap work only. Usually dumbbell shrugs and farmer's walks. I don't like to fuck with my neck, that's the one place you do NOT want to go to snap city from.

The actual neck? No. Not looking to sleep apnea max.

The traps? I've never directly trained them through exercises like shrugs and rack pulls before. A bit of trap development (which you'll get incidentally from heavy rows anyway) is good but not much point in targeting them specifically because it makes your shoulders look less broad.
