Do you remember the first time you found out about Youtube?

It was 2005 for me...I remember my club soccer coach telling us to go to Youtube, and look up soccer videos from English Premier League to see how we can improve our skills lol.

Was mind blowing at the time. I remember the only things getting uploaded to Youtube were sports highlights or high school/college fights lol.

I made my YouTube account in early 2007 when I was 10 years old (ded fkin srs). Still have that account too. I used to upload wrestling videos and had over a million views on one of them. Probably could’ve made some money if it wasn’t all copyrighted content.

I think I found it either through eBaumsworld or Google Video. There was this weird dude “Moldytoaster” who uploaded on those sites and eventually moved over to YouTube. I would spend hours watching his content after school.

Not really, but it was amazing to not have to watch MTV or VH1 for an hour just to see the music video of the song you wanted to listen to anymore.
