Rate Lunch

Fried Chicken Breast Sandwich with Swiss Cheese and Cole Slaw

Macros are, 40C, 45P, 25F, 560 Cals

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

that plate has seen a LOT of use my guy.

i use slices of bread for hot dogs or burgers all the time

Cheap Ikea plates that are 10 years old and this is at my office, not home, they're fine.

More than likely using the plate as a cutting board for limes and such. I know I was doing just that today to make the cole slaw.

I did. But I didn't want it crispy, just not mushy, so it was like 1 minute in the toaster oven.
