This is PEAK interior design for MEN

I call this style space age meets patrick bateman meets 80s. Leather, chrome, stainless steel, brushed steel, almost monochromatic pallete. Timeless, based, masculine. If you want to upgrade your place this is the way to go

Eh, it looks ok. The 70s retro look would be cool for a day. But none of this is actually comfortable, so you'll end up being pissed off that you bought $20k worth of furniture that you bought to look impressive for others that you actually secretly hate deep down.

It's a slippery slope toward personal misery when you begin designing the interior or your own home to impress others. When you begin doing shit like this, it means you never truly have privacy in your own home and are 100% and all of your thoughts and beliefs are up for manipulation by outsiders.

Surprisingly, this is the only piece of furniture in your photos that is 100% not the style you're claiming to love in the photos.

Land anywhere desirable is so expensive. But the dream is 650 acres. That's a square mile.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

I'm not saying that those are the only pieces to use, I mean more the overall style of it (leathers, metals, chrome, light rugs, warm lamps, glass .etc)

Everything looks quite comfy here for example:

The funny thing about those industrial walls is they only did that style in developments for a period of time from like 2004-2008. Likely because it allowed the developer to cut costs and timing on buildouts. But honestly, it's a total piece of shit look 20 years later. Even though it would probably make sense to do again in 2026 developments, nobody is trying that level of brazen cost cutting while "trying to make it cool" again.

Only one of those photos is an old warehouse. The others clearly are modern concrete pours.

Dont focus too much on the finishes on the walls etc I'm talking more about the furniture and lightning. Similar style can work on different architectural spaces

Leather, metals, glass, quasi monochromatic colors, etc)

I know exactly the aesthetic you're talking about. It's essentially a mid century modern look. I live in a college town, and there are a ton of homes in my city with this same aesthetic. I think it looks cool in photos, but lighting generally sucks and it's just not very functional outside of looking cool for guests.

I had to look for it but a lot of the stuff I like seems to fall under contemporary.

Admittedly nothing particularly masculine about any of it.
