Unfortunately Elliot was 5'9 and the guy in this pic is over 6 feet tall. Who knew the difference between having a beautiful wife and kids and going full blood shed and self deletion is simply a few inches.

tbh this pic is no too far fetched

Dude already had the financial resources to facilitate at the very least his visual profile. Realistically would have been with
- Tretinoin
- Sunscreen
- Bimatoprost (thicker eyebrows)
- Lifting + Calisthenics
- Cardio 4x / week to keep low bodyfat
- Proper nutrition


But his MENTAL portion was all kinds of fked up. He could have done all these things and still fail as he sounds like he can't stand facing adversities.
