It's always the same crew doing this shit. The type of losers who hang out at fires of heaven and conspire against users they don't like spending notable amounts of time every day thinking about them trying to fuck with them. Often the people they fuck with won't want to have anything to do with them and they still just obsess over them.

The rep system is just a way for them to do the equivalent of sending angry passive aggressive notes at people and shoot spitballs at them. The rep system can get really toxic with assholes like that running around.
