Das it Drew! I did legs today. Got a cortisone shot in knee yesterday and my leg feels a lot better. Went really light but it felt good after missing a week or two.

Currently propping myself up with BPC-157. I actually think it’s helping/healing the (presumed/self-diagnosed) tendinitis in my right arm.

Great video. I like to see gym routines to get ideas. Today I went for a run. Then, in my second gym session I did rucking for 45 minutes. I should have done squats but that will be for tomorrow.
Keep up your great work!!!

dasitmane. I found that high repetitions curls was the best thing I could do for my elbow health srs. I'm not fully healed, but pumping blood in there is definitely helping.
Also started doing straight arm rows in leu of traditional db/bb rows. You keep the arm kind of bent at an angle and just pull back with your lats, very similar to a pullover. This way the load is all on my lats and very little on my elbow

How do you like the loop bands for warmups and getting the blood flowing? Thinking of adding a few sets for both bis and tris at the beginning

But the heavier bands, like the blue and red, can even act as working sets later in a workout for smaller body parts. And sometimes I attach them to leg curl or preacher curl for a different curve.
