Why does every single social media app turn into coombrain slop?

Clicked not interested on every thirst on Instagram so now all my feed is travel, hiking, kayaking watches and Legos.

Deleted Snapchat etc.

Facebook shorts are just as bad as Instagram now

It's all trash now. I stopped viewing reels and my feed on IG. FB is only for marketplace for me
