Yeah nicotine breaks down collagen which ages you.

It’s also a vasoconstrictor so you could argue that nicotine may impede hair growth by restricting blood supply to the follicles. Haven’t seen any studies on this tho.

My addiction to nicotine is greater than my desire to improve my appearance. Don’t plan on starting again though, the most important thing to me right now is my hair transplant.

I replaced cigs with nic pouches a year ago but lately often crave tobacco and will smoke some cigs / cigars when drinking. You either find smoking tobacco pleasant or not.
