Have you ever been concerned that you’re drinking too much water daily?

I used to have a cousin in law who constantly nagged me about drinking too much water. I always thought he was crazy, but now that I’ve bought a gallon stainless steel water jug, I think I’ve been drinking more water than usual. I’m not sure if I’m drinking too much, though.

I drink far too much water . You’re supposed to piss 2.5-4 litres a day , 4 being the max , but I’m over 6-6.5 litres daily , sometimes more . Love water crew though srs .
I have noticed it makes me sick and weak on occasion though , as your body does have it’s limits

In all honesty truth love water I drink alot of it too lmao.

Drinking one right now...One of my friends loved talking about it when our science teacher told us that 8 glasses of water is recommended he went crazy.

Nah you have to really really hard to drink too much water and most people get too much salt so it's hard to even need muh electrolytes if you're just spending the day in a cubicle and not sweating for hours

You have to drink an insane amount to get water intoxication but when I was in highschool in south ga some kids would overhydrate for football and die

that guy is a dumb ass. of course you need sodium. even the stray cats i feed they go nuts for anything with salt on it when cat food has hardly any salt. pet bird you have to give them a salt rock, all animals need salt and humans are programmed to like it because in the wild its harder to come by but modern slop food has way too much


yeah you can drink too much water that you have diluted your electrolytes, its still pretty hard to do if you are eating slop you probably have too much salt. but if you were drinking a ton of water and either on certain prescription diuretics or some weird low salt diet then i could see it happening or if youre acftually outside sweating a lot
