The price of protein powder has skyrocketed. I used to pay $45, now it’s $90. So now the butt I worked so hard to grow will soon be gone. *sob*. Hold me, misc.

Try sprints, jumping lunges, Bulgarian split squats, and dead lifts.

Maybe some hip thrusts too. I've never tried them but sloots say they work for building glutes
