Once you really start liking cigarettes and admiring it...that's all you might do...

I am not a hardcore smoker kinda...but I have been smoking like 7 cigarettes everyday on average since the last 14 years....tried every means to quit it but it just won't happen....so might as well stick to it.....but I can see my self increasing it since I have pretty much stopped enjoying anything else in life....it's like smoke 1 and then chill and relax for a while till you move on to another and the cycle goes on....

I don't drink everyday though...maybe twice a month...we can also assume that smoking cigarettes somewhat helps you drink less....

Im pretty much done with them.
I took a nicotine pouch from my coworker last week and almost got a panic attack. Just cant see myself smoking anymore when i can feel the heartrate creep up.
Its not relaxing anymore.
Even if you give me a pack of cigs i just wouldnt smoke not even a single one.

But this was a long way coming. I been trying to quit for years before and had many streaks

I quit smoking cigarettes - 4 years ago I think. I used an app called quitsure . It’s crazy but some of what I learned from it really stuck with me and I used the things to stay strong lol. I started when I was 14 and smoked until I was like 36,37 I guess
