Thank you everyone for enjoying the look of the birria tacos. I used a chuck roast. I think I’d tweak a couple things. It was a little spicy which is good but I think it could have been a touch sweeter too balance it out. I notice with my local restaurant I can taste more cinnamon which I like. Mine did have cinnamon but it didn’t come through like there’s so maybe I need to use more?
