Are land prices tanking?

I haven't been paying much attention but it seems like there are some high quality hunting and timber properties coming on the market for under $7,000 an acre

nah bro, NYC is still $30M/acre ;(

once it his 10m/ it will be affordable

It depends on where. You could get some pretty cheap land in south east Colorado

Not in my area. 51 acres just hit the market in my area at 30k per acre. No utilities, no building site cleared, minimal road frontage. Please aware me on these land listings that are tanking.
