I'm can't get onboard [yet] with the red meat train. I am however fully convinced it's the processed foods and additives.

Also 5G frequencies in mobile phones/wifi.

Don't stalk someone because you're a victim of your own moronic outlook in life

Imagine going ape shit because someone looked at your social media, amazing

We displaced so many of our roots. Imagine how many more sources of ingredients a “Quest” bar has from historical food

Relatively easy all things considered, but I found the colonoscopy to be one of the most miserable, humiliating experiences of my life. I had to get one in my early 20s after years of blood streaked shit. I’ll never forget the day of running to the bathroom every 15 minutes to piss out of my ass. Then after the laxatives weakened my body to an emaciated state, I got wheeled into the operation room where 2 hot nurses watched a male doctor finger my asshole to open it up and then shove a gigantic snake inside my body. I did it unsedated so I felt everything. They ended up snipping out a large polyp that was the culprit. Benign, but suggested I come back within 3-5 years. I’ve waited 8 years because I’m dreading it so much.

Glad to hear all was clear for you.

Good to hear that you got that disgusting polyp removed.

I don't think red meat is bad in moderation, but I do think those who consume large quantities while having zero fiber are on the path to cancer. Especially if its charred red meat.

Consuming large quantities of Burgers, steak, bacon, and roast just doesnt sound like a good idea.

Fiber and water is the answer
