Today I learned

You can go to jail in Germany for up to 1 year for calling someone a DICK.

In Germany, calling someone a "dick" (or similar insults) can be a criminal offense under Section 185 of the German Criminal Code (StGB). While rarely resulting in jail time for a single instance, it is legally classified as an "insult" (Beleidigung), which is punishable by a fine or imprisonment for up to one year.
